Having grown up dancing and performing at a professional level, I've always had a love for movement and fitness. After taking my first Pilates class over 10 years ago, I quickly understood how movement can shape not only the body but also the mind and spirit. I truly believe that moving your body with purpose can have positive impacts in every aspect of your life. I'm here to lead you through movement, challenge your body and mind, and help you be the best version of yourself.
